Preheat the waffle iron to medium heat.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, spinach, feta, sea salt and ground pepper. Whisk to combine.
Pour the egg mixture into the waffle iron, spreading it evenly between 4 to 6 waffle molds.
Cook for 1 - 2 minutes or until the eggs are waffled and thoroughly cooked.
