Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-capacity muffin tin with baking cups.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, spices, baking soda and salt.
In a separate large bowl, add the masked bananas, honey, melted butter, egg, sugar and vanilla bean paste. Whisk until combined. Add the oats and fold into batter.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fill each muffin tin about half full. Bake until golden brown, 18 - 20 minutes.
