Heat the olive in a large saucepan or dutch oven, over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic and shredded carrots. Sauté for 5 - 8 minutes until onions are soft and pork is cooked through.
Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, garbanzo beans and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or more. The longer it cooks, the better it gets!
Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
You can substitute 2 lbs of ground meat of your choice for this recipe.
