Add the mozzarella, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, herbs, red pepper flakes and sea salt to a medium bowl. Toss well to combine.
Add the olive oil and toss well to coat.
Cover and marinate for 1 hour in a cool place. Store in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for up to 5 days.
Entertaining tip: I love to use this marinated mozzarella on my cheese boards. Before adding the olive oil, I transfer the mozzarella mixture to a pretty glass jar that is perfect for serving. I cover the mozzarella balls with olive oil once they are in the serving jar and allow them to marinate.
