Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the figs, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
Using a grater, finely grate a bit of fresh cinnamon, using one the sticks, over the figs. Add the cinnamon sticks to the baking sheet with the figs.
Sprinkle the figs with the orange zest and drizzle with honey.
If your oven has a convection setting, turn it on and roast the figs for about 7 - 9 minutes or until they just begin to blister.
If you don’t have a convection setting, roast your figs for 12 - 14 minutes or until they just start to blister.
Allow to cool slightly and serve these on toast, drizzled with sheet pan honey. Or allow to cool and serve them on your favorite seasonal salad or charcuterie + cheese board!
