HARVEST BOURBON MULE

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz cold-pressed apple cider
• 1/2 lemon juiced (use a Meyer lemon for a more floral flavor)
• ginger beer
• ice
• dried apples
• lemon slice

Instructions

1. Add the bourbon, apple cider and lemon juice to a glass. Stir it all together.

2. Add ice. Fill to the top with ginger beer and mix well.

3. Garnish with dried apples and a lemon slice.

Serves Makes 1 mule
