Heat your grill (to cook outdoors) or oven to 400 degrees.
Coat a large cast iron skillet with olive oil.
Add the salmon fillets, skin side down.
Arrange the asparagus and baby potatoes around the salmon fillets. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon and vegetables. Sprinkle generously with sea salt, pepper and chives.
Cover with foil and roast for 15 minutes.
Uncover and continue roasting for 5 more minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
