Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel, core and slice your apples into 1/2-inch slices.
In a large bowl, add the sliced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, sea salt and 1 C of caramel sauce. Mix to combine. Transfer the apple mixture to an oven-safe skillet.
Using the same bowl, combine the flour, oats, almonds, dark brown sugar and sea salt. Mix well.
Add the butter and, using your fingers, mash into the dry ingredients until crumbs form. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apple mixture.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve drizzled with remaining caramel sauce and a scoop of ice cream.
