THE FRENCH SPRITZ

Ingredients

• 2 oz Lillet Blanc
• 1 oz St-Germain liquor
• 6 oz Champagne
• Meyer lemon slices
• fresh thyme

Instructions

1. Add the Lillet Blanc and St-Germain to a glass. Stir.

2. Add crushed ice.

3. Top with Champagne.

4. Garnish with Meyer lemon slices and a sprig of fresh thyme.
