Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of a standing mixer, cream the butter and sugars at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the eggs and vanilla bean paste and continue beating for another minute.
Reduce mixer speed to low, add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add the spiced apple butter and yogurt and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
*I used my homemade Spiced Apple Butter (which I highly recommend), but if you’re in a pinch, a high-quality store-bought apple butter will work well.
