In a food processor, add the garbanzo beans, garbanzo liquid, pickled beet, feta cheese, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, sea salt and cracked pepper.
Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more olive oil if you like a creamier texture.
Garnish with crumbled feta and olive oil drizzle.
