KIWI + LIMONCELLO MARTINI

Ingredients

• 1 ripe Italian kiwi, peeled
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz Limoncello
• 1 C ice
• dried lemon slices
• Italian kiwi, very thinly sliced

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, crush a peeled, ripe kiwi.

2. Add the mashed kiwi, limoncello, vodka and ice to a shaker.

3. Shake well and strain into a martini or coupe glass.

4. Garnish with dried lemon and kiwi slices.
