ITALIAN MARGARITA

Ingredients

• 4 oz Aperol
• 4 blood oranges, juiced
• 4 limes, juiced
• 1 L Italian Soda, blood orange flavored
• crushed ice
• 1 T Bella Cucina Peperoncini & Pimenton Savory Salt (or course Kosher salt)
• 1 lime, sliced

Instructions

1. Add the Aperol, blood orange juice and lime juice to a small pitcher. Mix well.

2. Using a piece of sliced lime, wet the rim of the each glass. Dip the glasses in the savory salt to coat the rim.

3. Fill each glass with crushed ice and divide the juice mixture between the four glasses.

4. Top with Italian Soda and garnish with a sliced lime.
