Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Whisk water, olive oil, sugar and yeast in a small bowl. Let set 5 minutes to allow yeast to proof.
Combine flours, parmesan and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
Add yeast mixture to flour and stir until combined. Knead dough until it comes together.
Divide the dough into four equal parts. On a floured surface, roll the dough into individual size pizza rounds.
Top with loads of your favorite pizza fixings and bake for 15 - 17 minutes.
If you don't have white whole wheat flour, use all-purpose flour.
