Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In the bowl of a standing mixer, add the butter and sugars and beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla bean paste and beat for 2 -3 minutes until creamy.
Scrape down the sides as needed.
Reduce mixer speed to low and add the flour mixture. Beat until just combined.
Add the cream cheese and yogurt. Mix well.
Remove the bowl from the standing mixer and fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Using an ice cream scoop, place cookie dough balls about two inches apart on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
