It’s a wrap! 2016…good riddance. 2017…here I come.
For me, January 1 is always marked with an air of excitement and anticipation…new beginnings, new adventures, a clean slate. I’m not a huge believer in New Year’s resolutions. I never make them because, in the past, I’ve rarely kept them. Instead, I try to live my life to the fullest each and every day, meet challenges head on and appreciate how lucky I am to be surrounded by those I love.
Speaking of challenges, I’ve committed to the @epicurious #cook90 challenge – cook three meals a day, every day, for the month of January. This could get ugly. I hope you’ll follow along @communitykitchenatl, if only for the entertainment factor. Wish me luck!
I have some delicious, healthy recipes coming down the pike in early 2017 including vegetable cassoulet, chicken scarpariello, butternut squash chili, a few of my favorite smoothies, and a dessert or two.
Thank you for joining me on my Community Kitchen journey and may 2017 be filled with love, laughter, good food and divine wine.
Cheers!
