Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In the bottom of a large dutch oven, place the chicken pieces in one layer, skin side up.
Add the tomatoes, basil, garlic cloves, potatoes and cannelloni beans.
Using your hands, toss to combine. Drizzle with the olive oil and generously season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Bake, uncovered, for one hour and 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
